American Indian program for local third grade students.

JUNE 27, 2:00 pm at the Depot Museum

Dr. Weldon E. Petz will talk about the Big Band Swing era and his experiences as a professional musician in the 40s. Dr. Petz played trombone and did musical arranging. He was a member of the big name bands of Horace Heidt, Jonny Long and Jimmy Dorsey, traveled on theater tour with Jimmy Durante and recorded with Ella Fitzgerald. Reservations are encouraged. JUNE

Sale of 2011 Depot Museum calendar will begin at Red Cedar Jubilee Craft Show on June 25th and 26th. The calendar is a 12 month calendar and sells for $10. The museum will also begin selling note cards with photographs of historic Williamston. The cards come in packets of five and sell for $6.

FALL

Talk on his World War II experiences by Carl Moss,author of "A Walk for a Lifetime."

Holidy open house. Val Berryman's 7th annual Christmas display. Talk on International Santas by Val Berryman.
